Public Motivational Speaker
Throughout my career, I’ve been asked to speak in public about my personal journey, my advice around investing in property and my tips around starting your own business and/or being a successful woman in business.
During my year as UK National Chairman of the campaigning organisation Women In Property, I spoke on regular basis all over the UK to many professionals in the property and construction sector. I’ve spoken overseas at events where property professionals and investors are interested in my experience of buying property overseas – and also those interested in investing in property in the UK.
I regularly talk to delegates about any aspect of property investment, whether it’s too an auditorium of 500+ or to a small select group of interested delegates or even on a panel discussion around the property and construction industry.
These opportunities are taken very seriously and I prepare rigorously for them, being very clear on what messages the event organisers wish me to share with their audience. I prepare an agenda for my time at the event and I ensure I’m ready to engage on time in a professional and appealing manner.
Today, with my busy schedule, I do charge a fee for sharing my expertise and to cover my time and that of my support team. These fees cover all preparation, travel, accommodation, marketing eg. Powerpoints if required, delivery and any follow up if relevant.

” I really enjoyed your terrific speech at the awards last night. Your balance of grounded and aspirational really lifted me off my feet and made me think. And act!
Thank you”
“I just wanted to personally say that I thought your speech was absolutely fantastic, the way you engaged with the audience and really created such a sense of occasion and anticipation regarding the winner was fantastic. I never seen it before, the room was gripped and I thought Eunice giving a thanks completed a fantastic evening. The room absolutely loved it.
Huge kudos to you! “
“I heard Mandy speak at the 2019 Women in Property annual student award at Claridges. For many of us women, from student to experienced property professionals Mandy managed to capture the sense of opportunity and inspire us all to strive to achieve everything we can through our careers in property”
” I was introduced to Mandy by a colleague who recommended her to present a session for the Women in CILA in Wales on the subject: Unconscious Bias.
We met in advance to discuss what content we would like and immediately Mandy was warm and engaging – first impressions made me feel confident that we had chosen the right person for the role!
We discussed concepts but it was important to allow Mandy to use her expertise on the subject to write the presentation and that was a perfect decision. I won’t give the detail of the presentation away, but she ‘blew the socks off’ all attendees – we had many comments on how brilliant the presentation was afterwards which is testament to the work Mandy put into it.
Her understanding of the subject and ability to engage the audience showed her expertise. She had thoroughly thought through the presentation, had clearly put time into creating it and presented it with warmth and skill. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a presentation which is appealing, thought provoking and highly enjoyable.”
“It is always an enriching experience to work with Mandy as she brings honest, practical values and a voice of reason to everything she does, from business meetings to public speaking. She is modest about her achievements, has a self-deprecating sense of humour and an ability to influence with great skill and subtlety. Above all, she is an inspiring role model because she walks the talk and believes in people.”
