Renovation Project – large 3 bedroom terrace property in need of complete reburbishment (video 1)

So here we have another completed refurbishment project !    15 weeks ago I start out on this hugely outdated 3 bedroom terrace property.  With a couple of surprises on the way – layers and layers of flooring covering up old quarry tiles and rising damp.  Wall boarding hiding lots of defects and a bathroom with a missing tiolet !    My video shows how to renovate a property for profit and assists my property mentees on their journey into property renovation.   Video 1/4
